Refund and Exchange Policy
All ticket sales are final.
Season Tickets can be exchanged no later than 24 hours prior to the performance. Exchanges after the date you have tickets for cannot be processed; if you miss your season ticket day your tickets cannot be rescheduled for another performance. No reimbursement of ticket purchase will be granted for patrons' no shows or late arrivals.

If you are running late or something comes up on the day of your show, please let us know by calling 843-662-3731 ext. 1 at any time. FLT reserves the right to re-sell and/or re-book tickets if the purchaser does not show by the published curtain time. No reimbursement of ticket purchase will be granted for patrons' no shows or late arrivals.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Florence Little Theatre). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
